This is a Hybrid role that requires you to be onsite 3 days a week

We are seeking a Data and Reporting Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support strategic initiatives. You will develop and maintain dashboards and reports, ensure data quality, and provide insights that help drive operational efficiency and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
· Design, build, and maintain regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI
· Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
· Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate business requirements into data models and visualizations.
· Ensure accuracy and consistency of data through validation and data quality checks.
· Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
· Present analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Support performance monitoring, forecasting, and budgeting initiatives.
· Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to improve data availability and reporting infrastructure.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field.
· 2+ years of experience in a data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence role.

Skills:
· Proficient in SQL and Excel.
· Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
· Knowledge of statistical methods and data modeling is a plus.
· Experience with Python or R for data analysis
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Understanding of database architecture and ETL processes.
